On Pointe Casting is a burgeoning new casting company established by powerhouse mother-daughter duo, Tracy Sinclair and Brittnee Prideaux. Their extensive history in entertainment have armed them with the many skills required to fulfill the requirements of production companies and networks, starting from development all the way through production. They provide reliable and professional casting services for any and all productions, including advertisements, commercials, testimonials, reality shows, game shows, docuseries and more.
Meet Tracy Sinclair - Casting Director
A born dancer turned professional, Tracy has spent the entirety of her life in the entertainment industry. After dancing professionally for 20 years, she worked with a world-renowned choreographer and later became an agent at a top Hollywood agency. She then dove into the world of casting and found she had a true gift in finding those hidden diamonds in the rough. Tracy has worked on major primetime shows for networks such as NBC, ABC, FOX, CBS, TLC, Bravo!, Netflix and Hulu. She is also the Emmy-nominated casting director for Bravo’s hit series Below Deck and its spin offs including Below Deck Mediterranean, Below Deck Sailing and Below Deck Down Under, all series she has worked on for the better part of a decade.

Meet Brittnee Prideaux - Casting Manager
Suffice to say, Brittnee has inherited her mother’s passion for all things entertainment! Starting off as an entry-level casting assistant, Brittnee’s killer work ethic and desire to succeed quickly catapulted her to the role of casting coordinator and manager. Over the past 10 years, her systematic work flow and keen eye for detail has cultivated her into an efficient and skilled casting manager. She has worked on dozens of shows for major networks including Discovery, Disney, NBC, ABC, FOX, TLC, HBO and Netflix.

Meet Jacob Staffaroni - Casting Producer
A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jacob Staffaroni graduated from Tribeca Flashpoint Academy's Film and Broadcast program in 2013. Jacob has brought his talents to multiple productions with major television networks such as NBC, ABC, FOX, CBS, Food Network, Bravo! and Lifetime. He has also worked with several popular streaming platforms including Peacock, Netflix and Roku.
